AEW World Championship (Steel Cage Match)
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Samoa Joe

It’s main event time!

When the show returns, we see the cage lowered over the ring inside NOW Arena. The commentators deliver some final quick hype as the stage is now set for the AEW World Championship Steel Cage main event of AEW Dynamite: Beach Break 2025.

Samoa Joe makes his way down as we see the steel cage in place for this World Title bout. Out next is Jon Moxley, with Marina Shafir walking beside him holding the briefcase presumably containing the AEW World Championship as the pair head through the crowd to get to ringside.

Mox enters the ring as Shafir hands over the briefcase, and the steel cage is locked before this main event gets underway. The pair circle around the canvas before going after each other, with the challenger fighting out of the corner before sending Mox into the cage wall.

Joe does it again and we see the champ is worn down already, allowing Joe to continue the beatdown. Back in the corner now, as Mox fights back with some chops before Joe forces him to the corner once more for some stomps and a running boot to the face.

We then see Joe take the champ to the mat for a two count, before Mox fights him off in the corner to take control. He goes after the leg of Joe now, setting up for a stomp on it before cinching in a Figure Four leg-lock. Joe is struggling to break free, turning over to reverse the pressure before forcing a rope break.

Mox catches the challenger with a big boot to take control of the match as soon as they stand up. On that note, the show shifts gears and settles into a mid-match commercial break as this high stakes main event title tilt continues here on the annual Beach Break edition of AEW Dynamite.

The show returns and the first thing we see is Joe and Mox both covered in blood. They begin trading shots back-and-forth. We notice The Death Riders and Willow Nightingale and Powerhouse Hobbs are out at ringside keeping an eye on things.

Mox takes control before heading to the corner, looking to escape before Joe sends him down with an atomic drop twice over. Senton by Joe gets him a two count before the champ kicks out. Mox escapes to the ropes to stop Joe’s momentum, only for the challenger to intercept him in the corner.

Mox takes a bit out of Joe before hopping to the mat, only to take a chop by the challenger! Mox fights back with some strikes before Joe hits a boot, and Mox responds with a cutter for a cover and the two count. Mox looks for a cross arm breaker but Joe clasps his arms to fight it off, but Mox goes for the bulldog choke.

He cranks away at it as Joe begins fading, The referee checks his arm. Once it drops, twice it drops, but on the third check he keeps the arm up. He fights his way back up, but Mox hits him with a Paradigm Shift. He immediately goes for the cover, but somehow Joe kicks out. Mox pops right up and grabs the referee and complains.

As the action continues, Claudio Castagnoli begins climbing the cage. He is stopped by Hobbs. All of the Death Riders and babyfaces at ringside mentioned earlier start to break out into chaos. In the confusion, someone with a hoodie on runs to ringside and hands Mox something. He lays out Joe and scores the pin for the win to retain.

Winner and STILL AEW World Champion: Jon Moxley

Gabe Kidd Arrives In AEW, Anarchy In The Arena Announced

Once the match wraps up, we see the man in the hoodie and he is revealed to be NJPW standout Gabe Kidd. The Young Bucks’ theme music hits and out comes Matthew and Nicholas Jackson looking pleased with themselves. Before they can do anything, however, the theme for Kenny Omega hits.

“The Cleaner” sprints out from the back to an enormous pop. He hits a running knee to someone on the ring ramp. As he gets to the cage-enclosed ring, however, the heels out-number him and proceed to beat the living crap out of him for several moments. Eventually, Swerve Strickland’s theme hits.

We hear the Chicago crowd explode as Swerve makes his way out with Prince Nana. He runs down and quickly scales the cage wall, climbing up to the top and leaping off with a huge Swerve Stomp onto a giant pile of bodies in the ring.

He gets on the microphone and mentions how he and his peers in the ring, and the people they just dealt with are going to be in Anarchy in the Arena at AEW Double Or Nothing 2025. That’s how the AEW Dynamite: Beach Break show goes off the air.

Swerve Strickland, “Speedball” Mike Bailey & Mark Briscoe vs. Ricochet & The Young Bucks

We hear a word from RUSH, who tells Kevin Knight he’s coming for him. Now it’s time for the next match of the evening, which is the highly-anticipated six-man tag-team tilt. The familiar sounds of Swerve Strickland’s entrance tune hits, and out comes the AEW World Champion, led as always by the goofy-ass(ed) but always-entertaining Prince Nana.

They settle in the ring and then Mark Briscoe and “Speedball” Mike Bailey make their subsequent ring walks. The theme for Ricochet hits and out comes the first of their three opponents. The Young Bucks’ entrance tune hits next and they all pose together on the ramp as pyro explodes.

All six men are in the ring and fans are loudly chanting “Swerve’s House!” The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with what should be one of the best matches of the evening. We start off with Strickland and Ricochet, with Swerve getting the upper hand before tagging in Speedball who gets a near fall in the process.

Ricochet turns things around with an assist from the Bucks, before sending an entering Strickland into a kick from the Bucks. Chaos ensues as the trio get the jump on Briscoe as well, standing tall in the ring before their opponents get up, but the Bucks and Ricochet make a quick escape. The Bucks leave Ricochet alone on the apron for a boot that sends him to the floor.

We see a dive from Bailey, Strickland, and Briscoe onto the Bucks and Ricochet. The action returns to the ring with Bailey tagging in Mark for a double-team on Ricochet, before Briscoe gets sent through the ropes to the outside. Swerve comes running in but gets dropped by Ricochet as the Bucks lay out Briscoe, and then Bailey.

Chaos ensues once more until Ricochet hits a big 450 splash on Briscoe. On that note, the show shifts gears and settles into a mid-match commercial break as the action continues. When the show returns, Ricochet lays into Mark Briscoe before sending him to the ropes, only to take an enzguri that allows Mark to tag in Speedball.

Matthew tags in as well but faces a flurry of offense from Bailey, who gets a two count. Nicholas tries to intervene when Bailey goes up top, but he takes a hurricanrana sending him onto Matthew on the floor. Action returns to the ring as Bailey gets the cover, but Ricochet breaks up the pin. A whirlwind of offense from all six men ends with a House Call form Strickland.

Bailey reaches for a tag to Swerve but is cut off by the Bucks…only for Speedball to fight his way to the tag! Strickland is in and goes off on the Bucks, going up top for an uppercut and the griddy for good measure. Ricochet tries to intervene but he’s sent right back out of the ring, and Strickland hits a double suplex on the Bucks, before countering a hurricanrana from Ricochet.

Back-breaker on Matthew as Briscoe and Bailey run tandem on him. Froggy Bow connects from Mark as Swerve gets the cover, but Nicholas breaks up the pin just in time. Chaos spills to the outside as Swerve goes for a House Call on Matthew, only for the EVP to sneak a small package to get the win out of nowhere. Excellent match, as you’d expect.

Winners: Ricochet & The Young Bucks

Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana) vs. Blake Christian (with Lee Johnson)!

Swerve was about to speak on the microphone before the match, but the EVPs, The Young Bucks, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson, came out before the match began!

Nicholas: “First of all, show some respect for your founding fathers!”

Matthew: “I don’t think these people wanted to hear what you had to say, Swerve. I know your scheduled for a match later tonight, but we pulled some strings, and your match is going to happen right here, right now.”

“This match isn’t supposed to happen until the second hour of the program,” said Tony Schiavone.

Blake came out in his ring gear, meanwhile, Swerve was in his street clothes.

The Young Bucks sat in chairs and watched the match at the top of the ramp.

Lee tripped Swerve, grabbing his ankle, and Blake seized the opportunity to stomp Swerve in the corner. Blake followed up with a springboard from the middle rope. Blake hit a shotgun dropkick. Lee Johnson pulled Swerve out of the ring and Blake followed up with a dive over the top rope, wiping out Swerve on the floor.

Swerve whipped Blake into the barricade. Blake shoved Swerve into the ring post. Swerve blocked a spear on the apron and countered with a neck breaker. Swerve blasted Blake with a jumping House Call kick. Swerve planted Blake and scored the pin!

“Didn’t need the Swerve Stomp on that,” said Schiavone.

Lee Johnson ambushed Swerve, but Swerve quickly fended him off. Nicholas and Matthew Jackson jumped in and double teamed Swerve. The Bucks cracked Swerve in the head with the EVP Trigger! The Bucks were going to continue their assault until Kenny Omega sprinted to the ring, coming to the aid of Swerve! The Bucks ganged up on Omega. Kenny hit a snap dragon suplex on Nicholas. Matthew pulled his brother out of the ring and The Bucks walked away, sneering at Omega and Swerve.

Master P, The Opps, The Death Riders, The Elite, Swerve Strickland & Kenny Omega Kick Things Off

Some music plays and out comes the hip-hop legend to kick things off. He comes to the ring and does his “UHHHH!” Somehow wrestling fans of AEW are familiar with that 25+ year old song. He then introduces the new AEW Trios Champions. Out comes Samoa Joe, HOOK and Powerhouse Hobbs, as Master P babbles about nonsense over their theme.

Joe starts off doing the same. “Lemme try this just once. Make ’em say, UGHHHH! Nana-nana!” The fans oblige. Master P cuts in and does it again himself and then makes it clear that they will, in fact, get rowdy-rowdy and bout it, bout it. Joe plays elder statesmen and thanks Master P for what he does for the city. He plugs some website.

Master P treats this like a radio interview, responding to Joe’s plug about him helping kids by explaining why he does what he does with the kids. We’re well over 5 minutes into this Master P infomercial and finally The Death Riders’ theme hits to cut them off. Out comes Marina Shafir by herself.

Or so we think. From behind in the ring, Wheeler Yuta, Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli immediately attack Joe, HOOK and Hobbs. They begin brawling in and around the ring. Mox ends up in Master P’s face. Joe comes up behind him and chokes him out. Master P throws easily the new record for wimpiest fake body punches as this is happening.

As Joe is choking out Moxley, Master P gets back on the microphone and rambles. “It’s about to be a problem! You know what? Choke his ass out!” Joe goes to do exactly that, until The Young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada attack with a steel chair, beating down Joe and helping Mox.

Shafir gets Mox out of the ring and then Swerve Strickland’s theme hits. He appears with a chain around his neck at ringside. The Elite leave up the ramp and The Death Riders through the crowd. Then Kenny Omega’s theme hits and he comes out with a chair.

The Elite change direction and bail through the crowd as well. Joe gets on the mic and vows to recapture his title. Swerve didn’t seem to like hearing that.

AEW World Trios Championships
The Death Riders (c) vs. The Opps

It’s main event time!

When the show returns, we hear the familiar sounds of Jon Moxley’s theme music. We see a shot of him entering the arena and meeting up with the rest of the Death Riders. They walk through the fans in the concourse areas and find their way into the back of the crowd inside the arena.

They make their custom walk through the crowd towards the ring for their scheduled defense of the AEW World Trios Championships against The Opps. It will be a three-on-two match apparently, because as noted earlier in the show, The Death Riders attacked HOOK before the show began, taking him out of the equation.

After the champs settle in the ring, their music dies down. The entrance tune plays for The Opps, and out to fireworks and pyro come the two-man team of Samoa Joe and Katsuyori Shibata. They head to the ring where they will challenge Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta.

They won’t be fighting alone, however, as Powerhouse Hobbs comes out to join them. All six men collide, with some in the ring and some on the floor, as the bell sounds to get things officially started at exactly 9:59pm EST. It goes without saying, as usual, this show is going long this week.

We see some back-and-forth opening action and then the show settles into a mid-match commercial break. When we return, we see The Death Riders dominating things for several minutes. On the floor, The Opps team starts to gain some traction, but Marina Shafir chop-blocks Hobbs’ knee from behind, allowing The Death Riders to take over again.

They go to use steel chairs in the ring, however Willow Nightingale runs down, yanks it out of Mox’s hands and flips him off. Mox turns into a big shot from Joe. Yuta hits a missile dropkick off the top-rope. The Young Bucks make their way out to a ton of boos. They get chairs but end up getting blasted by a fan who turns out to be Swerve Strickland.

Willow Nightingale stops Marina Shafir moments later when she tries to get involved again. Meanwhile, back in the ring, Joe counters Mox’s death rider attempt and slaps his choke-finisher on him. He squeezes away and gets the win. With the win, The Opps duo of Joe and Shibata, as well as Powerhouse Hobbs, are now the new AEW Trios Champions.

The whole locker room comes out to celebrate with them. That’s how the record-setting episode of AEW Dynamite in the history of wrestling on Turner Sports wraps up.

The Young Bucks Call Out Jon Moxley, Get Kenny Omega Instead

Out come Matthew and Nicholas Jackson to the ring after the match. They are face to face with Marina but Moxley waves her away and they both leave the ring to the fans booing. The Young Bucks begin by telling the fans to congratulate Jon Moxley and to show love to the AEW Founding Fathers, the EVP’s. The fans boo and they tell them to “shut the f up”.

They say that they have a few reasons as to why they did what they did to Swerve. The first is that they did it for their good friend, Hangman Adam Page. They talk about how Page never wanted Swerve to be world champion and they love him.

The fans chant “Who’s house, Swerve’s house”. The EVP’s say that what they did was a peace offering to Moxley. They have no problem with him and hope that he has no problem with them. And while they were away, they realized they have things in common with him.

They want the guys in the back to step up, just like them. They want to change the world, just like them. And they are impressed because Moxley did what they couldn’t do. He succeeded in taking over AEW and even has the World title, they couldn’t do that. They talk about The Death Riders working with The Elite.

Jon Moxley, the World champion and the AEW founding fathers together. They ask Moxley to come back out with his boys to discuss business. Instead of Mox, however, the familiar sounds of Kenny Omega’s theme hits the house speakers. Out comes “The Cleaner.”

He talks about knowing The Bucks and mentions how maybe he’ll just come in the ring and kick their asses. As he goes to do exactly that, he is stopped when the familiar sounds of Kazuchika Okada’s entrance tune hits. Out comes “The Rainmaker,” but before he can do anything, Swerve Strickland’s music plays.

Swerve Strickland vs. PAC

Swerve hits the ring from behind and runs off the Bucks and Okada. He glares at them with a weapon in-hand as the commentators remind everyone that the Bucks cost Swerve his AEW World Championship match against champion Jon Moxley this past Sunday night in the main event of AEW Dynasty 2025.

Prince Nana leads fans in a loud “Who’s house?” / “Swerve’s House!” chant. Swerve and Omega lock eyes and Omega heads off to the back, leaving the ring to Strickland. He gets on the mic. Swerve pronounces tonight the start of Buck-hunting season. He’s ready to blast the EVPs.

As he continues talking, he is attacked from behind by “The Bastard” PAC. A referee runs in behind him. As order is restored, the show heads to a commercial break, with the scheduled Swerve vs. PAC match waiting on the other side when we return.

When the show returns, the match is ongoing in progress. Swerve takes over after the strong ambush-start from PAC. PAC ends up injuring his leg. He is on the floor outside of the ring being checked on by the doctor for several moments as Swerve paces back-and-forth in the ring. Eventually, PAC gets in the ring and eats a kick and Swerve Stomp from Strickland for the quick finish.

Winner: Swerve Strickland

AEW World Championship
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Swerve Strickland

It’s main event time …finally!

As the clock passes 11:40pm, the pre-match video package airs to set the stage for the final bout of the evening, which features the AEW World Championship on-the-line, as reigning title-holder Jon Moxley defends against Swerve Strickland. The package wraps up, and we return inside the arena where Swerve is already kneeling on the stage before his music even begins.

Cue the music,. and up he comes in a black and yellow super-hero looking outfit, with Prince Nana coming in behind him doing his always-entertaining “Swerve” dance. Swerve gets the fire and pyro treatment as fans go nuts for the challenger as he makes the walk to the ring for our pay-per-view main event.

The reigning, defending AEW World Champion Jon Moxley makes his custom ring entrance next to another big reaction, even if it leaned more towards the negative. The bell sounds and immediately it’s apparent that this is going to be a Swerve crowd. After some early back-and-forth action, Mox takes the early offensive lead.

Outside of the ring, Mox sends Swerve flying over the commentary desk. Swerve literally crashed into Excalibur, as he, Tony Schiavone and Taz raced to flee the scene in time. Swerve’s face is busted open and bleeding near his eye. Pretty bad, too. Back in the ring, Mox continues to dominate what is turning into a one-sided affair early on.

Swerve finally starts fighting back, but Mox taunts him, yelling at him that he’s got to hit him harder than that. Swerve obliges and Mox stumbles across the ring and smiles. The two trade vicious shots in the middle of the ring and then Swerve finally shifts the offensive momentum in his favor. Swerve enjoys his first prolonged offensive run from there.

Marina Shafir hits the ring with the briefcase holding the title. Prince Nana runs in to stop her, but ends up getting laid out with the briefcase. Mox goes over to deal with Swerve getting in Shafir’s face, but ends up accidentally hitting Shafir with a cutter. Swerve hits Mox with a Paradigm Shift and immediately covers him, but only gets two.

The two end up on a ladder outside of the ring. Mox bites at the cut near Swerve’s eye. Swerve rakes the back of Mox, which is still recovering from ol’ Spike. Swerve bites back at Mox’s face. Mox backs down the ladder a bit. Swerve climbs over. He hits a Swerve Stomp to knock Mox off the ladder, and puts him through the commentary table d own below. Cue the “Holy sh*t!” chants.

Back in the ring, the two slowly get to their knees and lock eyes. They share a big smile and a laugh and then begin violently trading stiff shots back-and-forth, all the way back to their feet. The speed of the exchanges picks up, as do the crowd chants and cheers in the background. Mox targets the injured knee of Swerve, which puts him down. Mox brings a chair in the ring. He goes to throw it in Swerve’s face, Sabu-style, but he ducks and the referee is knocked silly.

Swerve hits a vertebreaker on Mox. Hangman Page begins making his way to the ring as the crowd noise grows. Hangman sets up for a Buckshot Lariat, seemingly aiming for Swerve. He turns at the last second and aims at Mox. He debates, but before he can do anything, The Death Riders trio of PAC, Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli hit the ring and attack him.

Hangman fights back and takes them out. He picks up Mox and hits a Dead Eye. Castagnoli yanks Hangman out of the ring. PAC and Yuta put the boots to him, but then The Corrs come out. Samoa Joe, HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata even things up and handle The Death Riders at ringside. Swerve throws the chair into Mox’s face, Sabu-style, in the ring.

He pulls him to the corner and heads to the top-rope. He leaps off and connects with a Swerve Stomp. Swerve struggles due to the bum wheel, but he slowly makes his way over for the cover. The lights go out. When they come back on, The Young Bucks are holding Swerve in position for a BTE Trigger. They hit it and the crowd boos. They spit in the camera. Mox recovers and covers Swerve. The referee recovers and makes the count. Mox wins and retains.

Winner and STILL AEW World Champion: Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley & Marina Shafir vs. Swerve Strickland & Willow Nightingale

We hear the familiar sounds of Jon Moxley’s theme music. The camera pans backstage, where we see Mox and Marina Shafir of The Death Riders in their gear and ready for action. They make their way to the ring and settle inside for the first match of the evening.

Their music dies down and Willow Nightingale’s upbeat, catchy entrance tune plays next. She makes her way out and stops. The theme for her partner, Swerve Strickland, plays next. Out he comes with Prince Nana. They head to the ring for this scheduled Mixed Tornado Tag match.

Before the bell even sounds, Shafir and Willow go after each other on one side as Mox and Swerve brawl on the other, with the number contender being sent to the barricade before Mox walks over to intercept Willow. He and Marina then set up a table on the floor, only for Willow to cut Shafir off as Mox and Swerve continue brawling.

With the ladies inside the ring the bell has rung to officially kick this match off. They go at it until Willow has Marina in the corner, while Swerve starts to fight back on the outside. The pairs manage to swap places as Willow chases Marina on the outside while Mox lays into Swerve in the ring to some boos from the crowd. Willow drives a boot into the face of Shafir while Swerve fights back.

This sets Mox up for a missile dropkick from Nightingale that gets a pop. They continue the offense until Shafir comes in to intercept, sending Willow to the corner as Mox sends Strickland to the outside. He then assists Marina in beating down Willow against the ropes as Nana tries to get Swerve back into the match. Willow is sent into the corner but starts fighting back.

This continues until Shafir sets her up for a Death Rider by Mox, only for Swerve to get back in the ring, looking for a Big Pressure on Marina as if to force Mox off what he has planned. Mox finally lets go of the double under-hook, with Swerve letting go of Marina as they go back at it. Moments later, Marina sends Willow crashing through a table with authority for a huge pop.

On that note, the show shifts gears and heads into a mid-match commercial break. When the show returns, the commentators inform us that it has been all Death Riders dominating throughout the break. Mox gets a choke, but then Willow powerbombs Shafir on him to break things up. Swerve and Mox get into a big back-and-forth punching exchange.

Swerve goes for a big spot, but Shafir pushes Mox out of the way. This results in Swerve knocking Shafir out cold. He looks shocked at first, but then a big smile settles on his face. The camera shot missed it, but Nightingale ran over and knocked Mox off the apron through a table at ringside.

Seconds later, Nightingale and Swerve finish things up for the win after Willow pins Shafir. After the match, Mox, in true dastardly heel fashion, lays out Nightingale. He walks off, helps Shafir up, and they leave as Swerve and AEW officials check on Nightingale.

Winners: Swerve Strickland & Willow Nightingale

Swerve Vows Revenge On Mox Before Tonight’s Show Ends

From there, we head backstage where Swerve Strickland gives an update on Willow Nightingale, who is being looked at by AEW doctors in the background while he talks.

Swerve says Nightingale is strong, before addressing Mox for what he did while being fully aware of her history with neck issues. Swerve promises that by the end of the night he will have his hands on Moxley. On that note, the show heads into another commercial break.

Swerve’s Unexpected Admission To Hangman, The Death Riders Strike Again!

It’s main event (segment) time!

Backstage, Renee Paquette attempts to catch up with Swerve Strickland for an update on his promise to get his hands on Jon Moxley for what he did to Willow Nightingale. Swerve tells Paquette that no offense, but he is looking for her husband right now. He continues walking in the halls looking for him.

Hangman Page walks up in intense fashion, with a bunch of security trailing behind him. They catch up and hold the two apart as Hangman reminds Swerve of his promise to make sure he never holds another title in AEW again. Swerve mentions Hangman breaking in and burning his house down. Hangman says he deserved it, to which Swerve unexpected shouts back, “I know!”

Hangman, confused, yells back, “What did you just say?” The two both calm down and Swerve repeats, “I said I know.” Hangman turns and walks off. Swerve continues looking for Mox, and is ambushed out of nowhere by The Death Riders. They beat him down and then Mox tells them to drag his ass to the ring.

They do exactly that. Once in the ring, they break up and crunch a bunch of glass and then power bomb Swerve onto it. They head off through the crowd, but literally within seconds, Swerve is sitting up like The Undertaker in his prime, with an evil ass look in his eyes as he glares at The Death Riders.

A Fired Up Swerve Strickland Confronts Hangman Page

When the show returns, Hangman Page is backstage with Renee Paquette. She asks him about the Owen Hart Cup when a very fired up Swerve Strickland gets right in Hangman’s face. Hangman calls Swerve a bitch and doesn’t back down a bit. Prince Nana runs up and tells Swerve they don’t have time for this.

Swerve Strickland Calls Out AEW World Champion Jon Moxley

Inside the arena once again, the familiar sounds of the entrance tune for Swerve Strickland hits, and out comes the former AEW World Champion, led by the dancing Prince Nana. The two settle in the ring and Swerve wastes no time calling out Jon Moxley.

The theme for the AEW World Champion hits and out he comes by himself, sans Death Riders, as requested. He doesn’t look a bit rattled either, as the commentators point out. He settles in the ring, his music dies down, and he and Swerve circle and stare each other down.

Swerve says he’s allowed people to hold onto his title for too long, before asking Mox what happened. He says the champ hides behind his Death Riders, even Marina Shafir, before saying that despite his claims that no one deserves to be the World Champion that Mox himself doesn’t deserve it.

He says that Mox keeps the title in a briefcase because he can’t even see himself with the title on his shoulder. Strickland asks the champ how his back is doing before saying that everything he needs to be focused on is in front of him right here, right now. The crowd reacts accordingly to the sight of Claudio Castagnoli standing behind Prince Nana, who looks more than a little nervous to turn around and face him.

Mox says they’re all chilling before saying that Dynasty isn’t about him, it’s about Swerve versus Swerve. Who is Swerve, really? What is he, really. Mox knows, he knows exactly what Strickland is and what he can be. He had high hopes for Swerve but has been disappointed. He says Swerve has a chance to prove himself at Dynasty, when he gets to ask himself how far he is willing to go to become champion.

There are plenty of questions for him to ask himself, but ultimately he will suffer come April 6. Mox expresses his anger toward the way the company has been run as of late, saying guys like Swerve give him hope, but he’s not going to just give Strickland a handout. He asks Swerve once again how far he’s willing to go, since he calls himself the most dangerous man in AEW.

We see Marina stepping onto the apron, only to be confronted by Willow Nightingale as Swerve asserts that he IS the most dangerous man in this company. When he takes the title at Dynasty, Jon Moxley can continue to play that role on TV. Both men drop their mics, staring each other as the Death Riders finally back off.

Mox leaves the ring, escaping to the crowd with the Death Riders until Shafir rushes at Willow to pull her off the apron. The two women trade strikes until Claudio pulls Shafir away, and the Death Riders leave through the crowd as Swerve’s music hits to end the eventful segment to promote the Mox-Swerve showdown for the gold at AEW Dynasty 2025.
